These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ArtVive website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
1. About ArtVive
ArtVive is an online marketplace for handcrafted art, original paintings, and premium art supplies, operated from India. All products listed are either created by our in-house artists or sourced from vetted independent craftspeople. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to ArtVive.
2. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
For custom commission orders, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The balance is due before dispatch. Commission timelines are estimates; handmade work may take longer than expected and we will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. USD prices shown are indicative only and based on a daily exchange rate.
We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods offered at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment gateway partner. We do not store card details on our servers.
If a pricing error occurs on our website, we will notify you before fulfilling the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, text, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of ArtVive or the respective artists. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from ArtVive.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtVive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state where ArtVive is registered.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page. Continued use of ArtVive after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. Please check this page periodically.
