What Can Be Returned

Because every item at ArtVive is handcrafted, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Items that arrive damaged in transit — please photograph the damage and packaging.
  • Items that are materially different from the product description or listing photos.
  • Wrong items delivered (you received something other than what you ordered).
  • Change of mind or personal preference — due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for these reasons.
  • Custom or commission orders — these are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Digital products — all digital downloads are final and non-refundable once accessed.

How to Initiate a Return

    Contact us within 7 days

    Email us at returns@artvive.in or use our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

    Send photos

    Attach clear photographs showing the damage or discrepancy. This helps us resolve your case quickly.

    Await our response

    We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether the return is approved, along with return instructions.

  4. 4

    Return the item

    If approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us. We will provide the return address. Return shipping costs for eligible claims are reimbursed.

  5. 5

    Receive your refund

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
