Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Handmade and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time, which will be stated on the product listing.
Custom commission orders have individual timelines discussed at the time of order. You will receive an estimated completion date in your order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging every order. Artworks are wrapped in acid-free tissue, protected with bubble wrap, and placed in sturdy boxes to prevent damage in transit. Large or fragile canvases are reinforced with cardboard corners. We use recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also check your order status by logging into your ArtVive account.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries. International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and package weight at checkout.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Some products (particularly large canvases) may not be available for international shipping due to size and fragility. This will be indicated on the product page.
